This is really important work by local councillors to flag up these blockages in our city centres. They consume pavement space and energy, just to promote big businesses.

7/7 What’s your experience of digital billboards? Does it matter to you? Are they common where you live? Do you drive by them? Are they in your way? Do you see adverts for things that interest you? What are your thoughts on these?

Pope Innocent III,who died in 1216, spoke of a certain kind of older man, who is "easily provoked", "will believe anything and question nothing", is "stingy and greedy" and "praises the good old days and hates the present." Reform UK's voter base has been knocking around for a very long time.

Thanks to Sheffield's Green Bonds, more schools are getting rooftop solar panels—meaning cheaper bills and lower emissions. This is the difference Green policy makes in Walkley and across the city: more money for kids' education, more protection for our planet. 🌞💚 Video: @alexidimond.bsky.social

So Andy Burnham has repeatedly committed to sticking to Labour's 2024 manifesto, yet we're now told that his first major announcement will be breaking its commitment not to drill for new oil and gas in the North Sea.

Hard to think of a more deeply damaging start to Burnham’s premiership than giving green light to new oil & gas in N. Sea, if true. It won’t lower bills or lead to greater energy security but will drive an even hotter planet. What a terrible signal to give to rest of the world #ClimateVandalism

It clearly leaves no doubt where he stands on the one biggest issue facing the country. I can already feel the waves of disappointment from those who thought he would be someone new and progressive. Just like Starmer, he's already going back on manifesto commitments.

We heard a voice message played from the Mum of one of the people who was killed by the Government that day. She is now 88 and the Chinese authorities have even banned her from visiting the tomb of her child on 4th June. I asked why they are so afraid of an 88-year-old.
