As #SheffieldHeritageChampion I've been pushing for a S88 notice (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas Act 1990). This is a warrant so that conservation staff can enter the Old Town Hall to check the roof damage and examine the state of this grade II listed building. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...
