I am currently working on a port of multiple #typescript #javascript classes to #php (with alot of AI support). Currently a first working version of the Array class is there: github.com/chubbyphp/ch... thinks like the Map class and maybe Object class will follow.

Gnome has better UX than any other Desktop on any operating system (at least with an extension showing app indicators). MacOS is worse and this new version feels like a toy. And i mean Windows is not even invited to the party.

There is hate for JS on the server. But none have accomplished what @markojs.com has. Forget Islands, forget serialization boundaries, forget writing code twice. Just declarative templates, low JS, automatically. @dpiercey.me joins me Friday to show how it's done. www.youtube.com/live/x-3RxGf...

eslint is by far the tool/library that i use with the most BC's out of nowhere... It seems they changed the languageOptions.project behavior. Before it worked at the place if was imported, now at the place related to where the config is. Which means a big f*ck you to lib authors.

When migrating a codebase from JS to TS, there are two schools of thought: 1. Start strict, and loosen in spots as needed. 2. Start loose, and migrate to stricter rules over time. I prefer 1. It's safer. Default strict. Loosen when necessary.
