Wer staatliche Gelder erhalte, müsse künftig das »Neutralitätsgebot« beachten und dürfe keine Aussagen zu parteipolitischen Angelegenheiten machen. Die Finanzämter werden dazu angewiesen, Schwerpunktprüfungen zur Gemeinnützigkeit bei Organisationen zu machen, auf die die AfD im Rahmen von Kleinen Anfragen im Parlament aufmerksam gemacht hatte
