I'm wondering if they even care about book sales or if this is just to sell rights for a movie. From what I'm reading it looks like there was a huge bidding war but nobody bit. The book's pre-orders were in the 4 digit range. Apparently Nolan North is the narrator for the audiobook. NOLAN! Nooo!
