Important rules for the "age verification" era of the internet that we're living in: 1. Do not do age verification. 2. If you have to do age verification, cheat. Do not under any circumstances give them your real ID.

I will add pressure to this by saying that any company that claims to not hold onto your personal data after verifying you? They're lying. Ive been nitro free since the first time they tried this, voice how you feel with your wallet people. Make them really feel that squeeze.

Open Source this please. Patenting it sucks for everyone in the development sphere, and locks away what could be advancements made from people outside the company. The Nemesis system from TLOTR: Shadow of Mordor is THE example of why you shouldn't really Patent game design concepts. Bad move 4J..

Remember power players, don't support slop! Plus, if you pass this up, it's a big fuck you to Amazon, and who doesn't hate those guys?

Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis' Steam Page:

AI Generated Content Disclosure
The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

AI-assisted tools were used during development to support some early exploration and temporary development content. Any AI-assisted assets were either replaced or refined by humans in order to maintain the creative and artistic vision of the development team.

Hate how discord statuses only show while online. Like what's even the point then? If I'm setting a status it's so I can communicate something at a glance to anyone who sees me. Which would be way more useful when I'm not able to send messages. But it distinctly can't be used for that.

Not that anyone needs yet another reason to steer clear of Microsoft, but VSCode now adds Copilot as a co-author of all your commits, regardless if you used Copilot. This was added silently as a default. This is some next level insanity.

A screenshot of the GitHub commit which was responsible for this change. Title is "Enabling ai co author by default". There is no description provided for the commit. It has the following reactions:
