Yes, it's the parish church for Haworth - it's part of the Worth Valley benefice so they share the vicar with two other churches but it's still a worshipping community.

I'd have more sympathy with some of these churches if they had the courage of their convictions and left rather than trying to have their cake and eat it. Is there anything the current CofE structures can actually do about them?

Good news! Sandilands, a former golf course on the Lincolnshire coast, has been transformed by the National Trust into a 2km-long nature reserve with wetlands, wading pools, rough grassland & coastal scrub. Fairways and bunkers were turned into shallow pools and islands for shore and marsh birds.

Facebook comment sections are like the Wild West now. When I was working in house for charities keeping on top of it was a nightmare, not helped by Facebook's sporadic approach to notifications. There's no excuse for big companies not making robust moderation against a set of publicly available

It's an Enid Blyton childhood thing. In her books high tea is the thing the children always have to fill the gap between lunch and the first evening meal - cake, scones, bread, ham etc.
