Chu Chu Rocket! is a binary game. There are only two reactions you express when playing. When you get it wrong: GODDOMNIT… When you finally get it right: Oh… Rinse. Repeat.

From the pizzle game Chu Chu Rocket! It shows stage 20 has been cleared on Hard difficulty.

A recomp you can play without fear of it being AI Bro slop. And it's rejecting those who write whole issue reports with GenAi. You love to see it. 👏

A warning to AI Bros that it's proudly human made and that bans from repros will be handed out if Claude is a contributor on any PRs

okay yeah liking the new pickups. It has higher upper mids that the solar duncans lacked. playing sloppy/new strings going out of tune, smiling while playing death metal?, not a care in the world 🤪

Installed new pickups in your guitar and wanna test before you put strings on??

Getting my adhd butt around to changing the pickups that arrived at the beginning of august… Was playing this last night through the new speaker setup and didn’t like the way it sounded compared to my other guitars.

A pink guitar on a table about to be worked on. Various tools and other items including the replacement pickups sit around it

One thing I direly miss about Austin are the thrift stores. I got so many rad clothes. The ones in Sacramento don’t have as good or large if a selection. I need to drive to San Fran which is 2 hours away D: Anyone in Austin, I highly recommend a place called Pavement, 24th & Guadalupe

*Marked as a spoiler (why doesn’t bluesky have a proper spoiler label already???). Final boss of Terranigma. It was more irritating than difficult.

;_; when you have to trim the nails on your guitar picking hand because they're hitting strings you don't pick

Some random things that's sat in storage boxes for around two decades. I don't remember where that Odyssey2 game came from since I've never owned the console myself. Have more a bit more manga in other random storage bins

Speaker arrived today as planned and was able to put the cab back together. Didn't have much time to test, but everything worked fine after setting up/power on. Can't wait to experiment recording with different mics :D Karnivore's magnet is wider but thinner. G12-65 = 65w Karnivore = 60w

a red guitar speaker named "The Karnivore" sits next to a Celestion G12-65

closeup shows the magnet is almost 5 & 3/4" (~14.6 cm)

The Karnivore's magnet is 6 1/8" (~15.6 cm)

The speakers are now mounted inside a purple wood cabinet that has extra wood added on the inside

A discord server I'm in posted a link to trash bird where someone's bringing all the stages from Second Impact and New Gen to Third Strike. Re LRP: Sad to hear the team tag mod is machine assisted. I can't help but assume the stage import has a high chance of being as well :/

Just found out there's a Street Fighter 3 tag fighter mod, but the dev is gung ho on AI being a part of the development, so dont bother. "ignore the folks who talk about 'ai slop', this will be a thing in 6 months"

Happy 40th anniversary to Castlevania! Which means we are coming right up on the 15th anniversary of my concept album BELMONT. So to celebrate, I'm giving out some free bandcamp download codes for both BELMONT and BELMONT 2. See below. Enjoy!

The guitar cab with two mics is an oversized 2x12. It's a 1970's Elk open back that used to belong to an uncle that passed a few weeks ago. Inherited in 2024, I refinished it with purple tolex, new grill, put in new Celestion G12-65's, and closed the back but made it a removable panel
