Love to talk about sign language linguistics in my intro class and show them the signs for COOKIE and HAMBURGER and then talk about the human rights issues entailed in routinely denying deaf and hard of hearing kids access to language

I love modern medical science but I do wish getting my vaccines didn't feel like I just got to pick what days I got sick. And also that I made it no longer acceptable to take the time off for it because I literally chose to do it on a work day.

There's only one Institute of Cornish Studies. A vitally important cultural hub and research centre, engaging communities at home and abroad. There is nowhere that could replace it if cut. Never did I ever think I was gonna put myself back into the high school experience again; even if it's only for a month. But let me just say, we do not give teens enough credit for doing: - class 8-4 - M-F - puberty/new hormones - social interaction with new people For FOUR YEARS! I'm so tired!

Imagine you had so much food in your house that, no matter have hard they tried, your family couldn't possibly eat it. Then, imagine what would happen if you continued to buy and hoard more food, filling cupboard after cupboard. You'd be considered mentally ill Why is this never applied to money?
