Hi ! I would like to perform a time lapse microscope to analyse interaction between a gram -ve and +ve bacteria. Unfortunately the +ve one has no fluorescent protein, the -ve one has gfp plasmid. Is there anyway i can visualise their interaction without getting the +ve one tagged? Thanks beforehand

4th year biology major from IISERM here looking for masters thesis position. My interests lie in microbial evolution preferably questions related to origin and evoln of multicellularity, AMR, adaptation. I am trained in basic molbio lab techniques and bioinfo. Its that season of the year where many students who have appeared IAT are asking about IISER life.It took me 3yrs to realise that science in India is for people who come from privileged family. Just want to get done with my degree and leave this college ASAP.
