A man builds an IED. He sets it off in a busy public street. Shrapnel flies about hitting cars, homes and a child's bedroom. It's a miracle nobody is injured. And Reform MP Sarah Pochin calls his imprisonment "disproportionate" and "two tier justice."
It does raise this point of two-tiered
justice..

Reform's Sarah Pochin believes the
sentence handed to the 64-year-old who
blew up a ULEZ camera was
disproportionate'.

Andy Mitten is very good on the City verdict on TOTD. For all the talk there’s been of moments that can’t be taken away from City fans, he references his late father and how he was robbed of moments with him he’ll never get back. It was something I felt last week but couldn’t articulate as well.

It is important to remember that the City content creators careers have been built on the success of the club so they were always going to be in denial or downplay the systematic cheating that happened and the impact it had on their trophy laden years.

In 2023, I wrote an investigative feature for the Mail on Sunday about the behaviour of multi-club ownership groups, focussing on Man City's owners. They didn't like it!

It is outrageous that it took this long. But, in truth, the months ahead will likely explain why. Already United are reportedly considering the impact of the breaches, but this goes far beyond United.

United needed 3 midfielders this summer which they have done for about £150 million. There were no sagas, panic buys ot overpays. While I am optimistic on them, time will tell if these signings are success but it does seem that the club's recruitment are on the right track after so many years.

The “Woke DEI”’Cambridge university ignored 58 complaints about Nathan Cofnas from Black students while he was there according to writer and former PhD student Jill Damatac
Screenshot: instagram of jilldamatac

BRITISH
VOGUE
When Dr Arday became a professor, British anti-Blackness awoke from its nap - it's never a long slumber. Nathan Cofnas, a university fellow and a "race realist" - whose beliefs include the spurious claim that in a "true meritocracy" Black people would "disappear from almost all high-profile positions outside of sports and entertainment" - accused Arday of plagiarism. Cofnas had a history of anti-Black behaviour at the University, with 58 complaints filed against him by Black students claiming racism. Cambridge cleared him of wrongdoing, citing "free speech". It strains credulity that Cofnas's racist scholarship found a place at Cambridge at all, yet as an alumnus of colour, I can't help but feel unsurprised.
