Sometimes I wonder if the “being vegan is hard” narrative is just propaganda, as I find it incredibly easy even in this non-vegan world. Once I made the connection in my head many years ago the choice has always been a simple one: Choose compassion. It quickly becomes second nature.

It's really, really not good to quote, or give publicity to SongBird Survival. You know they're a front for the shooting industry and their aim is to reduce raptors? Anyone donating to this pseudo-charity is taking money away from real conservation.

My sister voted out and had no idea about Schengen rules. When I explained that I'd have to choose between family holidays in Europe or turn down work she looked mortified. She doesn't talk so much about Brexit benefits lately.
