#Chemsky Am actively recruiting graduate students for 2027. Looking for a total of 4-6 students to join the team. Synthetic organic chemistry, molecular biology/cell biology, and biophysics are priorities, but we will consider almost anything in the molecular sciences if it aligns with our work!

Have banged on about this before, but it's infuriating how e.g. BBC R4 weather forecast just now talked of some areas of England "escaping rain" & sounding all jolly when saying some areas wil be dry and warm. Tiny showers apart, no rain here for 2 months. But it seems ingrained rain=bad, sun=good.

This is hilarious. This is text from a published article. I'm not sure I agree with Nadine. It seems both the reviewers and the handling editor must've really been on the ball with this one. #ChemSky
The image shows a screenshot of text from a scientific article that reads "The pore size distribution was calculated using the Barrett-Joyner-Halenda (BJH) method. The determination of surface area and pore volume with the Vapor software was already mentioned earlier in the paragraph. I discussed with Nadine and we both think that the dosing amount and balance time is not relevant and should rather not be mentioned here."
