"Privatised water has failed and must be taken into public ownership now."
PRIVATISED WATER HAS FAILED. WE NEED PUBLIC OWNERSHIP NOW.

ADRIAN RAMSAY
MP FOR WAVENEY VALLEY

"The Prime Minister is right that water must be run for public good and not profit and that the public is very clear that water should be taken back into public control and end the scandal of sewage in our rivers and seas. Unfortunately, the Prime Minister’s words in his speech today gave no commitment to this, just that at some point in the future there will be more regulation. This isn’t good enough.

Privatised water has failed and must be taken into public ownership now so we can start to fix the crumbling infrastructure."

What are Muslims thinking? @PillarsNewsLABOUR CANDIDATE SNUBS MUSLIM HUSTINGS IN HOLBORN AND ST PANCRAS
Labour candidate Sagal Abdi-Wali has come under criticism after tailing to attend a Muslim community hustings in Holborn and St Pancras, despite being invited by organisers.
Muslims attended the event hoping to question candidates ahead of the upcoming by-election, but only Zack Polanski of the Green Party and Patrick Stillman from the Liberal Democrats turned up.
Abdi-Wali, who is also the leader of Camden Council, reportedly pulled out at the last minute, leaving attendees frustrated and disappointed.
Several attendees accused the Labour candidate of avoiding scrutiny, while one described her absence as showing "contempt for the community."
An organiser said Abdi-Wali had been invited five days earlier, alongside the other candidates, and questioned why she had failed to attend an event specifically organised to give local Muslims an opportunity to challenge those seeking their votes.
Abdi-Wali has yet to comment on her no-show.
