With it appearing at GenCon this past weekend, I can finally share work I got the pleasure of doing for the Fossilized Violence RPG for R. Talsorian Games! I loved doing this style of work so much! Note: Some scientific inaccuracies are on purpose to meet the style guidelines and feel of the game.

A velociraptor, a stenonychosaurus, and a couple of compsognathus walk along a sandy beach at sunset, while a phophorosaurus is in the water in the distance, and a guidraco venator if flying in the sky. In the background is a prehistoric tropical forest with a mountain range in the distance.

A couple of page concepts from the book I'd love to create some day.

3 page spread mockups. The first shows a drawing of a stag beetle with labels highlighting its different body parts. 3 more page mockups. The first looks at the topic of insect wings, with a large moth, butterfly, cranefly earwing and stick insect. The second looks at the 2 types of metamorphosis, and the 3rd is a page full of beetles.

$This art features 100 bees of various colors and shapes. These bees are designed in a cartoonish style, based on real species. The common name or species is written below the animals. Some bees are moving leaves, scraping plant hair, or sticking out their tongues. Some male bees have hairy faces and unusually shaped legs. Reindeer Days Back in the Pleistocene, reindeer were found as far south as Spain. While many populations today are endangered, there are also semi-domestic reindeer. I met this pair in the Finnish far north, just jogging along the road. It's such a unique animal and always a joy to see.
