Played my first game today and my moon druid character shapeshifted into a giant constrictor snake, rolled a nat 20 and did 46 points of damage in one round and killed the baddie. They also befriended a magical goat who is now travelling with the group, I had so much fun

I walked a bit less last week and plan to do so this week as well to see if it helps me to recover better, especially since I haven't taken a lot of breaks from walking in 2,5 years. I've been stuck at 4 unassisted pull-ups for a few months now but now I could do 5. Rest is very important💪

While I post these comparison photos of myself, I never want to imply there was something objectively ”wrong” about how I looked before. The thing with my body dysphoria is that I can look at my old photos and be like ”that is a nice bodytype” but it just didn’t feel right when it was *my* bodytype

Rn I’m aiming to grow my shoulders and get a more rounded 3D look even when unflexed, so to help me achieve that my PT put side-lying dumbbell lateral raises into my program (among other things). I have previously done cable lat raises and basic dumbbell ones but this variation hits a bit different

Yup now I'm pretty sure it was the vitamin B supplements causing the skin issues since the difference is so clear only after one week without taking them. I can even eat dark 70% chocolate again without any obvious flare-ups yay

Might have figured out the main culprit behind my returning mild acne symptoms: I started taking vitamin B supplements (B12 + biotin) around January and my acne started to come back in March. I stopped taking the supplements a few days ago and the difference is already rather noticeable and clear 😭🙏
