there was a tiny spaniel puppy at our picket wearing a hand-sewn "Pups for Fair Pay" bandana and it was quite possibly the cutest thing I've ever seen

Trans people get called extremists for saying “hey don’t watch a wizard tv show.” Meanwhile people out here literally calling for legislative bans on our existence are propped up as feminist icons. Really just shows how those who make people uncomfortable or disrupt consumption are vilified.

embarrassing to share a fandom with tbh. also Aaron Paul as V may be one of the worst fan casts I've ever seen. up there with Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Arthur Morgan. maybe 20 years ago.

pretty insane that there are people who actually want the Cyberpunk film to be a retelling of V's story. why? what's the point? you can't condense that down to 2 hours, their story is done. Night City is the only constant, everyone else is immaterial. new stories, new people, same City.

my pharmacy have moved to using an AI assistant on the phone for ordering prescriptions, so that sucks. really do not feel comfortable with some unknown AI having access to my medical information

Star Wars Galactic Racer is incredible, so fast, super responsive, very very fun. the last couple months have been so good for gaming, and getting 2 unbelievable and vastly different Star Wars games basically back to back rules. also I'm so charmed by this wee Scottish alien and their droid pal

rolled credits on Control Resonant last night and yeah, I'm thinking it's my game of the year. fun, frenetic, breathtaking, and genuinely devastating at times. so excited to see where the story goes next. casper darling is a monster and I need him gone yesterday.

my Hawks was a gunslinger/scoundrel with a blaster pistol and it worked perfectly for me! can't wait to try out some other specialisations for Hawks and actually play on normal with permadeath on top add some more stakes!
