There are a lot of Trump officials who need to be impeached, but Russell Vought -- the quarterback of all the Project 2025 fuckery and a central player in the administration's overreach -- really needs to be at the top of the list.

With this monopolized media empire comes not just size but unprecedented power. The power to throw workers under the bus. The power to price-gouge because consumers have few alternatives. The power to decide which stories get told, but more importantly, which stories DON'T get told.

NEW: According to a bombshell report in the New York Times, Anthropic co-founder Chris Olah threatened to walk out of Pope Leo XIV's Al encyclical launch in May because the pope rejected the idea that machines can be conscious.
Olah's team then privately lobbied the pope's advisers "to take the possibility of model consciousness seriously." Pope Leo XIV held firm.
For months, Anthropic has wined and dined theologians and religious scholars under nondisclosure agreements, hoping they would bless the idea that Claude has moral standing.

Federal agencies have spent years addressing gaps in data about people with intellectual & developmental disabilities (I/DD). Now, the proposed 2028 NHIS redesign could remove measures developed to help close those gaps. #DisabilityData #NHIS
CRDJ Public Comment Letter graphic over a blue-toned image of a person viewed from behind against an abstract data-like background. Due October 19, 2026. Title: “RE: NHIS Proposed 2028 Redesign.” Text explains that the proposed National Health Interview Survey redesign could undo progress in identifying people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, weakening federal evidence used to document disparities, evaluate policy, and hold systems accountable.Black-and-white CRDJ recommendations graphic for the NHIS Proposed 2028 Redesign, due October 19, 2026. In actual democracies, it doesn't matter "which party runs elections." You don't "need a plan to vote." There aren't never-ending pitched legal battles to maintain access to suffrage. The authoritarian nonsense isn't tolerated. We could be like other, more serious countries, & just have elections.

Renee Good's family filed two lawsuits today. The first, against, USG, is a standard wrongful death. The second is a Klan Act lawsuit against Jonathan Ross, AND STEPHEN MILLER and Greg Bovino. It names Nick Shirley and Christopher Rufo as non-party co-conspirators for their racist propaganda.
44. At all relevant times, Defendants Ross, Miller, Noem, Lyons, Homan,
Bovino, and the John Doe Federal Agents acted under color of federal law and within the
scope of a joint enterprise with the private actors described below. Defendant
Lewandowski acted in part under color of federal law and in part, as alleged below, as a
private person, his federal status having been limited to a temporary part-time designation
that his conduct exceeded. Shirley, Rufo, and Ben Bergquam, and the other non-party
private actors described below, agreed to and in fact participated in the conspiracy alleged
here: each acted in concert with, and with the knowledge and encouragement of, federal
officials.
