It’s election season and Elon Musk is sporting an MC of 100
A calculation of how cooked Elon Musk is.

Bryan White, MS Bio, MPH 🧬 @crvscience.com · 29/09/2026
You can tell how cooked Elon Musk is by determining his radius from Trump (Rt) and applying an inverse square law. Direct proximity would yield maximum cookedness (MC) where MC = 1/(Rt)^2 = 1/(.01^2) = 💯 With an MC of 100 we can infer Musk is fully cooked.

It was such a treat to find these gorgeous little green cup mushrooms in the forest this morning. Usually all I can ever find is the bright turquoise mycelia in the rotting wood. Finding the thumbnail size fruiting bodies is pretty rare for me. Their colour is unreal. 🍄🌿

Just a couple hundred miles from Mexico's southwestern coast, Hurricane Polo strengthens even further. Polo has recently recorded a central pressure of 892 millibars, making it the second most-intense Eastern Pacific hurricane on record, behind 2015's Hurricane Patricia.

Hurricane Polo's rapid intensification is seriously impressive... A special 19Z update was issued by the NHC stating that reconnaissance aircraft found that Polo's central pressure is sitting at 892 mb, the 2nd strongest EPAC hurricane by pressure only behind Hurricane Patricia (2015; 872 mb).
