I feel like I'm in a weird state with many of what I would call peers in the TTRPG space online. There are so many people that I engage with, some of which I've worked with professionally, and in my brain our like 'relationship' is way closer to the 'friendship-ish' side of things than it should be.

jess is right! it’s worse than ever for women in this field, and it was still pretty bad at our peak. im one of the lucky freelancers who has regular work (probably work more than i did at polygon!), and it’s still not a livable amount of pay. it’s pushing important and skilled women out.

The joys of chronic pain - when you have to factor in a new type of pain on top of what you already filter and then get accused of not being yourself. Guess what, my filters are on overload. I can't mask as effectively. And pointing it out, didn't exactly help what I'm juggling already. So tired.
