Recently made another small breakthrough in my mental health. I'm finally able to see myself as attractive and valuable. Looking at myself isn't an action that leaves room to be filled anymore. It's connecting that what I see in the mirror is me, and I care about myself.

Yup... it's sticking. The huge jump in progress and the re-establishment of normalcy after 14 years of being mostly dissociated has stuck. I no longer have to worry about fixing myself, it's done. Whatever life looks like in a few weeks, it'll continue to have much less social media activity.
