1st of Feb. 2025 Saturday, not one soul around this quiet park in Kashiwa city; not even one bit of sound or humming birds around; just the soft sound of the early morning winter breeze. Seen on the man-made pond are reflections of the windmill, and the wooden gazebo that stood beside it, the zelkova trees and the cherry trees were still leafless but all those were reflected too, on the water.. Mighty Pines 🌲🌲 by the windmill’s right wing were also lacking its usual lush with only its leafless branches can be seen on the water. Even so I felt peace right that very moment.. I aimed my point & shoot and a chill came creating some ripples too on the water. Quiescence.. serenity.. I savor them to my heart’s delight! Thank God for calm, quiet days like this!♡
