I've been reading the john layman run of scorched & it's wild how disconnected the covers are from the contents. Frequently they feature characters not in the issue at all & when there's an issue focused on one particular character they're often not on the cover

You should press A+C+D, not just C+D. A+C is throw break so if your opponent tries to throw your parry and is a little early you'll tech it. Similarly using this as a tech input will sometimes parry an opponent's frame trap if they try to bait your tech, especially good since throw whiff is CH state
