I work at a 3 practitioner acupuncture office. We are treated as partners and the owner, who is one of the 3, is awesome. Like, THE. BEST. Since he manages everything non-treatment related he is moving to an AI assistant to answer phones and schedule people. I am having trouble feeling good about it

Lived in Seattle on this day 25 years ago, worried about a friend who worked in the towers who thankfully was out of the country.
