ATTN all D's running against R's: Make them defend trump/R math: 1. trade imbalance is fraud (trade is settled with revenue in both directions) 2. tarriffs are not paid by us 3. anyone who doesn't use ins is fraud (cancel healthy real premium payers) 4. 600% decrease in med costs All R's OWN this!

How is it that no one is talking about turning the Whitehouse and grounds into a gambling spectacle? What is the Whitehouse's and Trump Family's cut?

Imagine if you will... A Roman Empire of Gladiators sponsored by the local betting market, olive oil & various businesses. Now look at the USA UFC on the Whitehouse Lawn. Gladiators sponsored by betting markets, proteins & various consumer products. I wonder when the workers figured it out? 👍🏼😉

Thinking of trump/kegseths maneuvering multiple ground/airborne units to the Middle East immediately put me in mind of the movie ‘night at the museum’, bill hader’s custer scene, discussing what to say to commence the attack. This is the White House now, likely worse.

I'm afraid I can't just sit here and say nothing when another law professor gives false testimony to Congress about the meaning of the Fourteenth Amendment. Ilan Wurman has given false testimony to Congress, being fully on notice of the falsity. I do not think this is fairly debatable. 1.
The case of temporary visitors was more complicated at common law. The
parents, if lawfully present, were under the temporary protection of the sovereign.
That is why one judge in a famous case, Lynch v. Clarke, held in 1844 that a child
born of temporary sojourners was a citizen. But the rule was contested because of
increasing international travel and the resulting dual allegiances. Joseph Story
suggested that an exception for temporary visitors would be a “reasonable
qualification” to the rule. Henry St. George Tucker in his treatise stated flatly that
temporary visitors fell outside the common-law

Some children in Dilley were so distraught they cut themselves or talked about suicide, parents told ProPublica. They said kids lost their appetites after finding worms and mold on their food, had trouble sleeping, and were constantly sick.

Well, there it is. Keep arresting D voters until the state turns red. Try that in CA. I'm a poll clerk, we'll be ready.

the defining image of the early 21st century is an agent of the state pointing a gun at a person, and a citizen pointing a smartphone camera back at them we see this scene reenacted every day, around the world

For the record, comissioned sales is the devil's work and a shit job. Your next meal depends on bullshitting people into buying something. Now mix in a situation where integrity is the only dividing line between doing extremely dishonest shit to get that sale. There are *libraries* on the subject.

“Suspect in Minnesota shootings in custody” (WP). This is terrible. None of the 3 top U.S. newspapers dared to state what happened: A fanatical “Christian” republican priest murdered a democratic politician. Tell us the truth, cowards! ./2

Theory on why immigration encounters and deportation numbers go up when there's a Dem in office: Rep's keep telling immigrants the borders are open... Direct, repeated false advertising, INVITING extra-legal immigration when its just 'rhetoric' aka plain bs.

The Constitution disagrees. The Emoluments Clause, part of Article I, Section 9, Clause 8, bans office holders from taking ANY gifts from foreign countries. There is no mention of quid pro quo. That is because the Founding Fathers knew that even the *appearance* of corruption promotes corruption.

I don't want immigrants out. I want HIM out. He talks about "animals"! He's the one tearing our people and country apart. I stand with immigrants. I stand with the rule of law, and due process as a fundamental right. To those threatened and afraid: I am #OnYourSide.

You may be fearing your 401k is no longer enough for you to retire. But with all the cuts to NIH and Medicare you also won't live as long. So the policies are integrated.
