So this admin lets a private company, that the president owns stock in, use the White House and grounds for a pay-per-view spectacle using troops & staff, rents out ads everywhere, and has it streaming on the company whose monopolistic merger it just approved. Grift never ending

I’ve had to tell so many parents that their sons & daughters were dead, had been murdered. Their screams, their silences, their faces, their collapses, cling to me like cobwebs I can’t ever shake. Our leaders, so callous with death as games or memes or brags, know nothing of grief, only of greed.

For the intentionally obtuse: there are many many ways to enforce laws. Stop framing issues as ‘don’t enforce the law at all, or enforce it in the worst way possible.’ Your false choice is intentional. This is deliberate. And it’s going to be our downfall if we persist.

What ICE will do in every safe and beautiful blue city it goes into— from Minneapolis in Minnesota to Portland in Maine—is crow about the 1-2 people with serious long-ago convictions that they detained while saying nothing at all about the 1,000 other innocents and nonviolent people they terrorized.

WH sources say Venezuela's opposition leader committed the "ultimate sin": She accepted the Nobel Peace prize. “If she had turned it down and said, ‘I can’t accept it because it’s Donald Trump’s,’ she’d be the president of Venezuela today,” one said. www.washingtonpost.com/national-sec...

Although Machado ultimately said she was dedicating the award to Trump, her acceptance of the prize was an “ultimate sin,” said one of the people.

“If she had turned it down and said, ‘I can’t accept it because it’s Donald Trump’s,’ she’d be the president of Venezuela today,” this person said.

Super important so I hope @eladn.bsky.social doesn't mind if I bring it here. This normalizing of the key denialist trope is both a huge red flag and one that probably doesn't seem that significant to those who don't actually pay much attention to antisemitism. www.threads.com/@eladnehorai...
eladnehorai ✓ > antisemitism · 15h

Most popular podcaster in America openly spreading Holocaust denial.

We wonder why antisemitism is rising, and people cannot stop talking only and exclusively about the left, even on the defense.

But this issue has been spreading for a decade now on the right, and it is part of the governmental establishment, the media, and so much more. Even with the rise of (overplayed but also real) antisemitism on the left, this urgent issue has been under-discussed for too long. This is a five alarm fire.

Can we also address that the xAI team is both deflecting blame and perpetuating a fraud here? Grok is not sentient. It cannot regret anything. It is not sorry. The safeguards that failed are the sole responsibility of the xAI team. Period.
xAI team posts in a really creepy way where it pretends Grok is sentient, saying "I'm sorry" and "I deeply regret" rather than the xAI team taking responsibility here.

CDC has overhauled its website to assert that “the claim ‘vaccines do not cause autism’ is not an evidence-based claim”
Autism and
Vaccines
QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS
PAGE 2 OF 9 | ALL PAGES J
For Everyone
NOV. 19, 2025
KEY POINTS
• The claim "vaccines do not cause autism" is not an evidence-based claim because studies have not ruled out the possibility that infant vaccines cause autism.
• Studies supporting a link have been ignored by health authorities.HHS Research on Plausible Biologic
Mechanisms between Vaccines and Autism
HHS will evaluate plausible biologic mechanisms between early childhood vaccinations and autism. Mechanisms for further investigation include the impacts of aluminum adjuvants, risks for certain children with mitochondrial disorders, harms of neuroinflammation, and more.
* The header "Vaccines do not cause autism" has not been removed due to an agreement with the chair of the
U.S. Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee that it would remain on the CDC website.

Apparently RFK Jr. promised Senator Bill Cassidy that he wouldn’t remove the statement “Vaccines do not cause autism” from the CDC website. So what RFK Jr. did instead is spit in his face by leaving the statement there and adding this:
* The header "Vaccines do not cause autism" has not been removed due to
an agreement with the chair of the U.S.
Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee that it would remain on the CDC website.

Kash Patel was angry about his publicly-available jet logs indicating he’d flown to see his musician girlfriend perform so he forced out a senior FBI official overseeing aviation, Bloomberg reports news.bloomberglaw.com/us-law-week/...
The FBI forced out a senior official overseeing aviation shortly after Director Kash Patel grew outraged about revelations of his publicly-available jet logs indicating he’d flown to see his musician girlfriend perform, said three people familiar with the situation.

Steven Palmer, a 27-year veteran of the FBI, became the third head of the critical incident response group—which includes FBI pilots—to be fired or removed in Patel’s short regime, adding to a year filled with retributive terminations.
