Dear #SkateTwitter: I have been having horrible ankle and tibia tendonitis. It doesn't flare after skating (weirdly) but after long walks (hills esp). I got nerd shoes and insoles. In physio. Need to stretch/get a routine. But does anyone use an ankle brace while skating and if so which one?
