The Strongarm is the secondary antagonist of the game Observer, and can be seen phasing in and out of reality the more the player uses the Dream Eater to see into other peoples' memories.

Summary
The Strongarm is a monster that the player has to avoid while using the Dream Eater to collect other individuals' memories. But as the game progresses, there will be moments in the game where the Strongarm can be seen phasing into reality. This is most commonly seen in the sewers level of the game.

Origins
Adam Lazarski, "Every time I look at you, I see this monster that killed my Mom."

The origins of the monster began when Daniel's wife dies of (allegedly) some sort of cancer, after refusing to have any Augmentation implants. This led into a spirale downhill with Adam and Dan's father-and-son relationship, with Adam blaming his father for killing this mother. At some point after the events of the mother's death, Daniel was diagnosed with persumably the same thing as his wife, but, was instead convinced by a surgeon to take the implants rather than refuse them, despite Daniel not really wanting them. This eventually led to an argument between Adam and Dan, finally splitting the relationship and causing Adam to storm out of his life, depicting his father as this heartless monster.

I am using the “Register Image” feature in Samurai Warriors 4 DX on Steam. The feature works correctly with JPG and BMP files, but it does not accept PNG files. This creates a usability problem because most modern artwork, icons, and character portraits are distributed in PNG format, especially when transparency is needed.

I have a large number of PNG images that I would like to use for crests, kanji symbols, and portraits. Converting each PNG manually to JPG/BMP is time‑consuming and significantly reduces the usability of the feature. PNG is the standard format for high‑quality images and transparent backgrounds, and the current limitation makes it difficult to use the image registration system as intended.

I would like to ask whether PNG support can be added to the PC version of Samurai Warriors 4 DX, or if there are technical reasons preventing PNG import. Even partial PNG support (non‑transparent PNGs) would greatly improve the feature’s usability.

What were you doing?
I was playing Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition in a completely vanilla state (no mods, no downgrades, no third‑party tools), on Steam. The crashes occurred during normal gameplay in several locations: interacting with the weapons and armor workbenches in Sanctuary, entering and fighting through Corvega, and progressing the Brotherhood of Steel questline at Cambridge Police Department after speaking with Scribe Halen.

What did you expect to happen?
I expected the game to run stably on my system, since my PC exceeds both the minimum and recommended requirements for Fallout 4. I also expected that playing the game exactly as Bethesda designed it—without mods or engine changes—would be the most stable way to experience it.

What actually happened?
The game repeatedly crashed to desktop with no error message. These crashes occurred in multiple locations and contexts: at Sanctuary’s workbenches, inside Corvega, and during the Brotherhood of Steel intro sequence at Cambridge Police Department. The crashes happen even after a full reinstall, with zero mods, default settings, and all drivers up to date. This blocks progress and makes the game effectively unplayable in its current Anniversary Edition state.

What else would you like us to know?
I have attached DxDiag, msinfo32, and “Can You RUN It” screenshots showing that my hardware significantly exceeds the recommended specs: RTX 2080 Ti, Intel i7‑10700, 16 GB RAM, Windows 11, and ample free disk space. The compatibility test reports that my system passes recommended requirements and can run 99 of the top 100 games. This strongly suggests the issue is engine‑level instability in the current AE build, possibly worsened by Creation Club content auto‑installing and initializing even when unused, rather than any problem with my hardware or configuration.

The first email I sent EFF was born out of frustration, my modded Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition crashes daily.

"Just play it without mods." Once you play a game modded it's hard to go back to default.

Some days I wish I could delete Fallout 4 from my Steam account and play an unmodded game, less chance of the game crashing.

The follow up email I sent to EFF was when an admin of Lemmy got back to me, only to tell me that they don't do deletions They can hide it from others but not the one who made it.

When you clear your Internet browser history, Is it cleared from others, yet visible to you?
When you empty your PC's recycle bin, are the contents still visible to you?
What I want is simple and plane, you click 'Delete' and it is gone, not moved, not hidden GONE!

"Today my Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition game crashed, frustrated me to the point of wanting to delete it right off my Steam account! Premise
