What happened at Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc is beyond disturbing. A masked group arrived on the Nation’s land displaying hateful signs targeting the children who never came home from residential schools. There must be a full investigation to hold those responsible accountable.

Core memory unlocked... was washing out the ketchup bottle for recycling, and the water + ketchup + plastic smell reminded me of our homemade squirt bottles we'd use for water fights when we were kids, as we couldn't afford the real thing. My short 5km run had two right turning drivers cutting me off/not seeing me, and a car go through a crosswalk after letting the person walking toward me go, but driving through as soon as the guy was out of his way, but I was RIGHT there, had to slam on my "running brakes" to avoid being hit! Grrr

This is set up for laughs, but it’s actually one of the best demonstrations I’ve seen of how being capable of producing convincing sounding language and understanding meaning are two completely different things. A chatbot does not understand you, it just has automated responses based on your words.
