At my ug alma mater, the student senate pushed a proposal to cut down the arboretum to create more free parking for students, seemingly with tongues firmly out of cheeks. The carbrained american existence is part of the hs curriculum in a lot of cases.

The criminals have captured a rain cloud for ransom, then a crack of thunder and the last 2-3 complain they are completely soaked. Works the same way for damming up a pool or garden hose, with a different crack occurring.

Incredible. I happened to be in Schwangau last summer during the heat dome and a middle aged German friend said i should soak in hot baths to get my body used to the heat. It was 33 degrees and the house was an oven lmao. I went swimming in the 18 degree alpsee instead.

Ultimately the US showed it can operate unimpeded over Iran and do considerable damage, but not achieve its political objectives. Iran showed it can survive an all-out US air campaign, but at the cost of longstanding damage to any hope for thawing ties with the Gulf. No victor, many losers. 3/2
