Morrowind came with a paper map with a few landmarks on it that you would never learn about anywhere in-game. Some were out of the way, and you'd only find them if you really stumbled on them, or (as I did) sought them out because I had the map. My brain was on fire.

Just finished the audio book LENT by @bluejo.bsky.social. I was totally hooked beginning to end. I was raised catholic (it didn't take) and vowed never to enter a church again, but I broke my vow just a little in order to keep listening.
