As to the agenda of the last decade? Again, we saw the first new oil pipeline to the west coast in 70 years and the first major LNG terminal -- the biggest energy project in Canadian history. Those have done the very opposite of "land-locking" Alberta's resources. This is Orwellian stuff.

Just complete nonsense. The federal NDP and Bloc Quebecois are not "fringe parties" -- they win dozens of seats every election. The Alberta separatists have never won a single one federally, and only one at the provincial level. And yet, the premier is allowing them to dictate her entire agenda.
