The only reason the BCNDP have not amended DRIPA yet is the Nations told them not to, and they are afraid for their slim majority. If they get the "solid majority" they seek you can bet they'll be back to amending DRIPA.

How does the BC provincial election matter to the world? Under Canada's plan to multiply LNG production by SEVEN (from 14 now, to 100 million tonnes per year) the lion's share of that is in BC. So BC would, compared to other countries, likely become the 3rd or 4th largest producer in the world.
