okay, well, this made me cry. my 58 year old co-worker overheard me telling someone else yesterday about graduating. she never went to college herself. after hearing that i did it with two kids (she has none), she's feeling inspired. she's applying for the business management program this weekend.

y'all, i am generally a pretty good cook. there are several meals i make that elicit the words "i'm so glad i'm with you" from my partner. however, i cannot master rice. and by that i mean - i cannot make rice taste GOOD. no matter what recipe i try, it remains bland and unappealing. i need ideas!
