This is an urgent and important question from @adambienkov.bsky.social Again this summer, British citizens are being terrorised by the organised far right and the silence of mainstream media and our political leaders is astounding and dangerous bylinetimes.com/2025/08/20/w...

Where Is the Political Leadership Against This Violent Far-Right Movement Terrorising Britain?
The silence of senior mainstream politicians and media organisations against the rise of a new well-organised far-right movement on Britain's streets is a disgrace, argues Adam Bienkov

Israel double tap strike. It murders journalists then sends a drone in to kill the paramedics trying to retrieve their bodies. A war crime, broadcast live and sponsored by the US and Europe. 🚨Boycott EVERY news channel that doesn’t show this footage today🚨

I was honoured to speak at the vigil for Palestinian journalists killed during Israel’s assault on Gaza, organised by the London Freelance chapel of @NUJofficial. It was a shame a far right activist tried to disrupted the event. It matters not; hundreds of us turned out in solidarity.

An anniversary worth marking. I'm sure we're going to see the very people who have trashed its legacy seek to appropriate WW2 today - so let's remember what was really fought for: peace, a more united Europe, a land fit for heroes (mark 2) and the defeat of fascism.

Not enjoying the JD Vance piece on #r4today.. “There was a strong sense he sees Britain as something rather different from Europe, wasn’t there?” Of course. We’re much more desperate and exploitable on our own. Stop looking for a ‘special relationship’ in the fake flattery of ugly nationalists.
