I'm the type of consumer that's fine with mistakes as long as people have accountability. But if a manager/owner is rude about it? I will never buy or use your products again, no matter how long I was a customer prior. I will also tell everyone how much your company's customer service sucks. FOREVER

or commission credit, so I refused. And my managers are not happy. But you can't tell me that I won't bonus (aka get a raise) unless I get enough revenue credit, and then tell me to work on accounts where I won't receive credit. It doesn't work that way. What are they gonna do, fire me? PLEASE DO

My company doesn't give annual raises even for exceptional work. Instead you get a (very small) percentage of the new business commission from the branch sales team, which I can't control. You also have to meet threshold requirements. Recently I was asked to work on accounts but not receive revenue

I'm taking an ethics training and a quiz question was multiple choice for what to do if you suspect someone of doing something unethical. I chose "gather information and speak to your manager or HR" and it was wrong. Apparently you can report anyone for anything without any information or proof.

We have a Gen Z colleague who is blocking out hours of time on her calendar for mediation and yoga. And power to her, but it's not going to work out well in a salaried white collar professional role.
