Our paper on the human endosomal Na⁺/H⁺ exchanger NHE6 (SLC9A6) is out in @natcomms.nature.com! We determined its cryo-EM structure at 3.4 Å, show a kinetic preference for K⁺ over Na⁺, and describe a lipid-associated gate and an intrinsically disordered C-terminus. www.nature.com/articles/s41...
