Minneapolis is planning a Neighborhood Greenway along 34th St. in 2029! www.minneapolismn.gov/government/p... We have a chance to set a national example for on-street Greenways ... but public input is crucial. I'm co-leading bike audits on the corridor this fall, DM me if interested.

In popular areas that are on Milwaukee County paths/property, City puts "virtual pins" to guide micromobility riders for where to park. City collaborates w/ County but doesn't want to install infrastructure on property it doesn't maintain itself.

Default is putting scooter parking w/in 15 feet of corner, on the street. State law says it's illegal to park cars that close to corner, but many drivers don't comply. Putting scooter corrals there enforces daylighting & reinforces user behavior around responsible parking.
