So yesterday while out driving we got overtaken by a white VW Touran who zoomed up Hill Lane at double the speed we were going. Now, I didn't get the reg but thats a driving ban, and my daughter is learning to drive. However ive noticed a huge increased in drivers driving w/o insurance, MOT....
