And sometimes even no license, ie they've already been banned. Last week the police stopped (then let go) a car that was smoking pot. Like, you could see it coming out of the window and it STANK. So yesterday while out driving we got overtaken by a white VW Touran who zoomed up Hill Lane at double the speed we were going. Now, I didn't get the reg but thats a driving ban, and my daughter is learning to drive. However ive noticed a huge increased in drivers driving w/o insurance, MOT....
