If you care about some issues, such as: - birthrate - affordability - education - employment rates - crime then you should be supporting day care and support for parents. it actually is that simple. dollar for dollar it's one of the best ROIs in government.

California adopted universal T-K (transitional kindergarten) which allows 4 yos to enroll in public school. It _was_ transformational. It _should_ be offered everywhere. And we should go further than that.
