My best friend has had more experience with insomnia than pretty much anyone I've ever heard of. He gave me this: Try not to drive if you don't have to. Stay hydrated. Stay away from loud noises. Listen to "Weightless" by Marconi Union when you go to sleep. The 10 hour version.

Exactly. A lot of work suitabilities are very much part time jobs. It would be nice to tell them to focus on those, but then what the next most important things would be.

Man, I can tell my anxiety is in worse shape that it has been for a while because I can feel myself closing off and getting paranoid about people disliking me or finding me annoying. I'm usually pretty good about parrying those kinds of thoughts, but I'm just worn down.
