Complaining hard for two seconds... Sleep anxiety is horrible. You're trying to fall asleep, but your body goes no, your brain goes no, & then your heart rate kicks up, you feel sick, you start jumping out of really light sleep, like almost dropping off & then BOOM you're jolted awake. Le Fin.

Had that meeting with my boss this morning. The one that was cancelled last minute last week. It went well. I advocated for myself for a change. Asked to drop to 4 days a week, even if it's just for 6 months whilst I get back to being in work. Which was agreed. Plus other things. But more relaxed

How do I recover Google calendar data? Google shat it's pants at midnight & all my appointments, reminders, meetings etc are gone! It took me flipping ages to get all my meds reminders in that thing so I didn't have to!!! 😭

After three years of casual consideration, two years of it's now at the front of my mind consideration, & seven months of desperation, my GP has finally agreed to send me to neurology for an urgent review to rule out MS. Weirdly it's a weight off my shoulders for now 🤷🏻‍♀️
