In one of my cases, Dan Rosen himself asked Judge Bryan to recuse for bias because his wife was then the Solicitor General of Minnesota. It did not go well. You can see all the briefing and the order in the thread below.

This is yet another stunt by the Department of Justice attacking the integrity of Minnesota's federal judges. In emails to habeas petitioners' lawyers, they have complained that they feel getting certain judges means they automatically lose. And they've openly attacked individual judges before.

Don’t hesitate to come to the polls; DOJ monitors will be outside the 100-foot zone, you don’t have to talk, you also don’t have to freak out, if you see them talking to anyone before they vote (they can only do so after) or engaging otherwise, tell the precinct head judge. We’re trained to help.

Question for those who are more well-versed in AI than I am (I avoid it like the plague that I believe it to be): If you just run your website through AI to "see what it thinks," did you just lose control over the use of all the writing, artwork, photos, and intellectual property it contains? ☠️

Appleton will have a capacity of 1600. More than Delaney Hall in NJ. Delaney is near a large population, and still they operate with deplorable conditions. Imagine what they will try to do with a 3 hour drive to the nearest population center.

City of Minneapolis might not have a massive budget problem right now if they'd simply forced MPD to stuff an envelope full of cash and write "overtime" on the front, so that police could see and feel the impact of spending beyond their means.
