I know only of social movements against AI in general, like STOP AI (www.stopai.info). Shall we join forces to build a movement gathering researchers with similar views on the destructive effects of AI in research?

I am committed to never use LLMs in my writing. In fact to use them as little as possible in my research, and I also recommend the same to my students, for many reasons including the risks of deskilling. I don't know, however, of organizations or movements gathering researchers with the same view.
