It's strange what a bit of access-based success does to you. One day, I'm paralysed about setting about my disabled business, the next I'm planning to propose a separate mad support organisation.

It's ridiculous that few things have pushed my mental health trust into action. But a complaint to the ICB about the Trust failing to oversee thr starting of lithium and adhering to S.117 may have ruffled more feathers than originally thought. You've got to do what you've got to do.

I had my social care domiciliary care assessment yesterday. When they tried to push remote care for part of it, it was weird as pre-HRT, pre-lithium me would have had a meltdown, but now it's like whatever. If this happened to someone else I'd be furious, but for me, I feel incredibly removed.

Over the past few years I've become incredibly sweary. I don't make a moral judgement about people who swear, but I know I never used to do so. Nobody once asked about the barriers this was posing to me, or if it was new to me. It's sad that it's only now I'm on hrt that this has lessened.

I've been trying to do small amounts since starting hrt and especially since starting on lithium. Now I'm dealing with the real possibility of receiving a grant to develop my work. I need to get evidence together and review my business plan as dealing with a traditional grant-awarding body.

I have an extra shower stool. It was delivered and hasn't yet made it to the shower room as the cats like to sit on it by the front door. If anyone has adaptations and also have cats, you'll know how difficult it is to be able to use them yourself.

Mental health peer support group was difficult today as it's hard to listen without advice, though I am never in a position above anyone ti do so. It's really hard when there's aspects of people that remind you of your own past (that have been harmful) to not look away or literally down to your lap

They can't stand being challenged in any sense
Milburn eventually stopped, clearly angry, and said: "Hey, hey, HEY! I said no! Just stop! I said no," and told Pring to go through "the correct channels" if he wanted an interview.

When Pring said it was "perfectly legitimate" for a reporter to challenge him about such an influential report - which carries significant safeguarding risks Milburn said: "It's perfectly legitimate to fucking doorstep me, is it?"

He then added: "Fucking wanker."

Milburn then told him again to "go through the right channels" and nudged him with his arm.

When Pring objected, he said: "Oh, don't be so sensitive..."

Milburn then walked away with his assistant.

A combination of a rotter of a mental health year and perimenopause have made me not care about how I look anymore and have made me buy few clothes. I changed it this afternoon with a new coat and cardigan. I still do feel guilty, but I hope to return to caring more about life.

Got an important meeting that been dressed up as "an informal chat". Would be ok if my new lithium wasn't making me really very tired and nauseous. Feel 'hanging'. Times like these are when having a shower is a mountainous feat. Got to have my GON block later for cluster headache.
