Venezuelan immigrant Andry Hernandez Romero and hundreds of others sent to El Salvador did not have a criminal history. Abrego Garcia, fled El Salvador from gangs, more than a decade ago. The immigrants were kidnapped NOT "deported." Deportation requires due process, which was not provided.
