This hews fairly close to an NPC I have in my setting, but when they get downed/come back it’s with several levels of exhaustion and sometimes additional damage that still needs healing. Not going great for them in many ways. They’re basically a very slow persistence predator… but they DO persist.

You could fully look over them from the entrance or the urinal. It was such a small room it was almost impossible NOT TO look over these comically short doors by mistake. I’m not even gonna say that’s bad *because* I’m not cis. I think everyone loses in that scenario. What was the thought process???

As a trans person, I feel like it’s not unusual to have had some dicey or less than great experiences in public bathrooms, but one of the most logistically puzzling ones was at the Comedy Store, where the only *stall* in the minuscule mens room downstairs had what amounted to old-timey saloon doors.

I should be at the club (for people who hate AI). Put me in, coach. The closest I’ve come to starting beef with a coworker was when I found out they were using AI for their work, and if you know me and what I do, you are probably wondering how a person even manages to do that and yeah… same.

Every time I see a new AI garbage my brain feels like a Jack Russel terrier trying to shake a chew toy to death. I think if you use AI you’re a class traitor. I think Max Zorin in View to a Kill might’ve had a good point with that plan of his. Maybe that one is hyperbole, but I hate AI so much. 😔

The partially disrobed king kneels before his knight; he is helping remove the knight’s armor, with his head resting against the knight’s thigh as he carefully unbuckles the leg armor. His hair is loose and tousled and he is smiling. The image is cropped at the knight’s waist, but we can see that the knight is shirtless and that most of his armor had already been removed. I think one of the drivers tbh is that places just stopped saying no out of fear of confrontation with a customer. It just stops seeming like it’s worth enforcing unless/until there is an active problem. The issues of safety of hygiene get tossed aside in favor of avoiding friction.

I worry for the dogs equally, because some of them seem way too nervous to comfortably be in public in that way, and if they do bite a stranger or employee, that’s not just a potential lawsuit for the owner but also could be a death sentence for the dog here. The risk just doesn’t seem worth it.

I am also a dog person historically, and work at a place name dropped above and yeah the “no pets except service animals” rule is absolutely not enforced. Most don’t even bother with the fake service animal ruse because they know they can get away with it and not receive any pushback. They’re right.

As much as I assumed top surgery would be life changing, which is a lot, I truly underestimated what a big deal it would be. It’s incredible, it’s the best decision I’ve ever made, and I love seeing other transmasc folks have the same experience with it.
