That’s it. I’ve officially taken the cutest dog picture ever seen. Look at Loulie’s smile. Look at Pickle’s contentedness. They were like this for a while. This is why I call Loulie Pickles’ puppy. How are these creatures even real? My friend said it’s like a teeny tiny Cerberus.

My best friend can literally eat the craziest things and be completely fine and today I ate two meals with bell pepper in them and am now very ill in the middle of the night. Having a sensitive stomach/tummy related conditions ✨blows✨ someone tell me the curse to trade with him 😡

Dancing is wonderful exercise if you’re the kind of person who gets bored when not challenged. I just did a routine and was *filled with rage* that I couldn’t get the move down. I almost gave up. Which made me MORE angry. Then I figured it out and was like oh yeah this is why I do this. Dance! NOW!

Being Californian is weird right now because we’re all stressed about the impending El Niño winter but are also chronically stressed about water. And that’s kind of the whole thing with climate change, isn’t it? A constantly teetering of too much and too little. It was like this in Missouri too.

This is the book of my dreams, so to speak. I’m in an absolute chokehold. A gothic novel written by an Iraqi- Muslim (once a refugee!) who now lives in England and is also a doctor. I am truly and completely enamored with both her and her writing. Extraordinary. Read this book!

A deep ruby audiobook entitled Weavingshaw by Heba Al-Wasity. In the center is a dark manor with lanterns on either side that almost make it look like a creature. A yellow sword is put through the top of the manor and light pours out through the bottom like blood.
