The settlement administrators have written back and explained to me that indeed, if you select either "author" or "author loan-out company" as your entity when you first signed up, it will assume that there is a silent publisher, unless you say that you are the sole owner of the work.

Authors who are members of the class in the Anthropic Settlement, please be aware that if you have a work in the settlement which has multiple authors but is self-published (or the rights have reverted), the settlement allocation is buggy. Explanation below

The Anthropic settlement allocation is buggy for self publishers with multiple authors

Let's get this party started! A DEADLY ENTANGLEMENT (9/15 from @minotaurbooks.bsky.social ) is a solid fit for #SapphicSeptember. See what Margot and Rett are up to next! tinyurl.com/ADeadlyEntan... #historical #crime #queerfiction #WLW And though it isn't shelved as a romance, there is this.... 😉

Margot stepped in front of Shiloh and slowly buttoned her shirt, letting her fingertips brush the other woman’s chest.
Shiloh swallowed hard, blue eyes focused on Margot. “When will Bascom be here for you?”
“Less than an hour. Unfortunately.” Margot reached the top button and affixed the collar. She took the tie from her arm and looped it around Shiloh’s neck. “Which is why you are being buttoned up and not undone.”
“Oh, you have undone me, Margot.”

Return to Office remains stupid and it has been a primary driver of increasingly crappy workplace culture. Only there are no jobs, so you're stuck. My husband's employer just fired a bunch of people who weren't coming in, despite having hired many of them as remote workers.

I took a chance with my upcoming release, Snowbound with a Duke. My brand is hot historical romance. This novella is not hot. It's pretty tepid, frankly. Lots of talking, mostly about motherhood and postpartum depression. It's fairly autobiographical on that point, which is always a risk.

The background is a peachy pink. It also lists my facebook handle, which is ann.aguirre & my instagram handle, which is ann_aguirre_author.

The cover art is framed by pink and purple flowers with green leaves. Text at the bottom reads:
